Our olives are harvested using a straddle harvester, a machine specially designed to pick up the olives without them touching the ground. This technique guarantees a fast and efficient harvest, ensuring optimum quality of our olive oil.

Our crushing unit, located within our farms, was awarded the prize for the best crushing plant in Morocco in 2017. It is ISO 22000 certified, guaranteeing the production of extra virgin olive oil in compliance with the strictest international standards.

Our stainless steel tanks store crushed olive oil and keep it protected from light and high temperatures. These facilities ensure that the quality of our oil remains stable and unchanged, even after several months’ storage.
